We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only:
- With client employers, for roles you have approved
- With service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, email and messaging platform providers, who must keep it confidential
- When required by law

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Information sharing with subcontractors that support our services, such as customer service and messaging platform providers, is permitted.
Data security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, and we limit access to the people who need it to recruit for you. We keep candidate information only as long as needed to recruit for you or as required by law, and we delete it when you ask unless the law requires us to keep it.
